• Subscription options provide a 15% discount off the retail price.
• Subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information directly.
• We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
• Payment is charged in full at the time of order.

• We currently ship within the United States.
• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
• Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary by location.
• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Once your order has shipped, we will send you tracking information via email.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nourish Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of jurisdiction.
