We stand behind the quality of Nourish Select products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged or defective products: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Wrong order: If you received a product different from what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or reship the correct item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders past 30 days from delivery
  • Products that have been more than 75% consumed (unless defective)
  • Shipping costs (unless the shipment was incorrect due to our error)

Our team will review your request and contact you within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after approval.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to the standard refund policy.
